Our homes and buildings are constructed from renewable New Zealand-grown timber and engineered using our unique Intalok construction system that locks timber components together to create strong, high-quality, sustainable buildings in a variety of contemporary designs. Our partnership with Versatile and TinyHaus as part of the Spanbild group makes it possible to deliver a wide range of beautiful solid wood homes of exceptional quality to clients throughout New Zealand.

We are proud supporters of the New Zealand forestry sector, using Radiata Pine grown in New Zealand plantation forests and processed at our Tauranga timber processing plant.
As the only 100 per cent renewable building resource on the planet, timber is sustainable and environmentally friendly. It is also naturally strong, flexible, durable and visually appealing – making it ideal for all types of buildings.

Our Team
JOHN LEMM
General Manager
Born and bred in Tauranga, John joined Intalok in 1985 as a construction supervisor. Thirty six years on and John, a qualified carpenter, now leads the Intalok team. He is passionate about the Intalok building system and loves living in his own Intalok home. John relishes time with family and friends, follows sport - especially motor sport and rugby - and enjoys fishing and diving.
MARK SHARROCK
Construction Manager
After many years in the building trade, thirty six of them with Intalok, Mark knows his trade well and would like nothing more than to see Intalok continue to grow and succeed. When not managing building projects you’ll find Mark on the golf course, at the bowling green or watching the sports channels.
